Alison Payne Associate Consultant

Alison is an experienced business-woman, who also holds an MBA from Cardiff University and is a Member of the Institute of Consulting.  Her early career was spent in hospital laboratories which demanded a methodical, process-driven style of work.  This approach and her genuine interest in people have proved valuable in developing and growing successful organisations in public, private and 'not for profit' sectors ever since.

As a senior manager in Synergy Healthcare, a global plc, Alison oversaw two acquistions and their integration into the existing business as well as developing new services and revenue streams.  She has also worked with blue-chip companies to introduce central policies and procedures and now enjoys using these skills to assist other businesses looking to develop and grow.

Alison works closely with her clients to understand their ambitions for their business, then brings practical, appropriate solutions to help them achieve their goals.

In her spare time, she is a keen equestrian and has ridden at national championships in both dressage and eventing.
