Implementing Change

SimWay Business Solutions specialise in implementing change and securing benefits. We work with clients to deliver and secure the benefits that we agreed together. Our approach is to identify the issues that need to be resolved before recommending options for the client to consider. Through this familiarisation we set out to fully understand what is required (planning, workload, time and resources) so that the options and advice given are the right ones. 

Our consultants have considerable experience in implementing change, supporting businesses from start up, through development and growth to complex change programmes in bigger, established organisations.

Key to our sccess has been our expertise in planning, communication and engaging with staff who are affected by the change programme. Whilst we scale each of these aspects to meet the extent of the change programmme and size of organisation, we still recommend to clients that these critical issues are properly considered.

Most of the value organisations get from consultants is from their advice, observations and some focussed work, so a couple of hours from a consultant could save months of wasted employee or contractor time. At SimWay Business Solutions we want to help organisations ACT on this advice, observation or recommendation, supporting implemention of change and the capturing of benefits.

We have also rescued projects or change activities that were not delivering the benefits expected. Frequently, the problem has been in ineffective implementation. We have learnt not to detach advice given or received, from the task of implementation.
