We have developed some of these courses for accreditation at NVQ/NQF Level 4, in conjunction with Cardiff Metropolitan University's Centre For Work Based Learning.  This short course programme, which will also be endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), is due to be launched later in 2012.

We have also provided executive coaching and mentoring both as internal and external consultants.  Both Simon Deacy and Wayne Morris are Associates of other Universities in Wales and England.
